As the 2024 Spring Festival approaches, AFA Flow Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AFA Company) is filled with a strong festive atmosphere. In order to ensure that all employees spend a safe, happy and peaceful Spring Festival, AFA Company conducted a comprehensive safety inspection and post-holiday preparations in advance to make full preparations for the arrival of the Year of the Loong.
The company arranged staff to conduct a detailed inspection of workshops, warehouses, canteens, office buildings, dormitories and other places. The scope of the inspection includes equipment operation status, fire protection facilities, electrical lines, safety protection, environmental sanitation, public security and other aspects to ensure that all safety hazards are eliminated. At the same time, the company especially strengthened the duty arrangement during the holidays to ensure that there are dedicated personnel responsible for safety monitoring and emergency response at any time.
In order to create a clean, tidy and comfortable working environment, AFA also organized a pre-holiday cleaning work. Employees worked together to thoroughly clean every area and corner of the company to ensure that the company's sanitation conditions were clean and orderly during the Spring Festival. Spring Festival couplets were posted in the corresponding locations, colorful lights and lanterns were hung, and the national flag and company logo flag were replaced to create a happy and peaceful Spring Festival atmosphere.
In addition, AFA also arranged equipment maintenance work in advance. Professional technicians conducted comprehensive inspections, maintenance and wiping of all equipment in the workshop to further improve the equipment integrity rate and ensure that high-efficiency and high-load production capacity can be quickly restored when work resumes after the holiday. This provides strong guarantees for the completion of the company's production plans for each stage in 2024 and also reduces the pressure on employees to work after the holiday.
On January 19, AFA organized the 2024 annual meeting. The main management departments summarized the annual work. Chairman Xie Zhengze affirmed the company's work achievements in 2023 and made arrangements and prospects for the work goals and development plans for 2024. Excellent teams and employees were commended and rewarded, and everyone was encouraged to make new contributions, and achieve better results in future work.
