The "CE" mark is a mandatory mark in the EU market. The EU CE certification provides unified technical specifications for products from various countries to trade in the European market and simplifies trade procedures. If products from any country want to trade freely in the EU market, they must undergo CE certification and affix the CE mark to the product to indicate that the product meets the basic requirements of the EU's "New Approach to Technical Harmonization and Standardization".
From February 9 to 10, 2023, senior auditors from TUV SÜD Beijing Branch conducted an annual compliance surveillance audit on AFA Flow Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AFA) in accordance with the relevant safety requirements of PED 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Manufacturing Directive and H-mode requirements.
The auditor conducted a strict review of all clauses of AFA's quality management system and concluded that it complies with the relevant requirements of the H-mode quality management system and the basic safety requirements of the PED 2014/68/EU directive, and recommended that the PED 2014/68/EU certificate remain valid.
During this review, the auditor affirmed the orderly operation of AFA's quality management system. Compared with the previous year, its compliance and effectiveness have been raised to a new level. However, there are still some problems that need to be continuously improved. It is hoped that AFA will standardize management, improve the quality level of the enterprise, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
AFA successfully passed the CE certification review and continued to maintain its sales pass to enter the European Union market. The company should accelerate the development of new products, improve the production process of existing products, and increase the international market expansion efforts on the basis of further stabilizing the domestic market, strive to make the domestic and international markets go hand in hand, make the enterprise bigger and stronger, and promote the sustainable development of AFA.
