From December 24 to 25, 2024, the factory acceptance working group of Levima Advanced Materials Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Levima") for the key electric switch ball valve products of the CHPPO device (top-mounted wear-resistant C-ball valves, 14" TQC947-900 ) conducted a strict factory acceptance at Afa Flow Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AFA") .
The acceptance work was fully responsible by a working group composed of professionals from Levima, aiming to ensure that the valves provided by AFA can meet the high standards of CHPPO devices. The working group carried out a two-day comprehensive inspection at the AFA and strictly reviewed and tested every aspect of the valve.
During the acceptance process, the working group first proofread the design drawings and reviewed the process control data in detail to ensure that every production link strictly complies with the design requirements. Subsequently, the working group checked the key parts such as the appearance quality, size and actuator identification of the valve one by one to ensure that each valve meets the standards in appearance. In terms of materials, the working group randomly checked the chemical composition of the materials of key components to ensure that the materials of the valves can withstand the harsh working conditions in the CHPPO device.
In addition to the inspection of appearance and materials, the working group also witnessed on-site tests, including valve switch operation and sealing performance testing, which further verified the reliability and durability of the valve. During the acceptance process, relevant personnel from AFA reported in detail to the working group on the design, manufacturing, and inspection of the valve, demonstrating its strong technical strength and rigorous production process.
The working group also further reviewed the material quality certificate, heat treatment report, non-destructive testing report, pressure test report and other relevant technical documents of the key electric switch ball valve of the CHPPO device to ensure that each valve has a complete quality traceability system. After comprehensive inspection and evaluation, the working group confirmed that the six valves in this batch met the design requirements in terms of appearance, operating performance, sealing performance and material, and met the factory acceptance requirements.
This successful acceptance is another important achievement of the cooperation between AFA and Levima, which indicates that AFA's professional technical level and product quality in the field of metal seated ball valve manufacturing have been highly recognized by customers. At the same time, this also laid a solid foundation for the smooth commissioning of Levima's CHPPO device and provided a strong guarantee for its subsequent production operations.
AFA will continue to uphold the principle of "quality first, customer first", continuously improve its technical strength and service level and provide customers with better quality and more reliable products and services. At the same time, AFA will continue to strengthen cooperation with excellent customers such as Levima to jointly promote the innovation and development of the localization of key ball valves in the chemical industry.
